Our Refund / Cancellation Policy
If you contact us to cancel your Reservation more than 7 days in advance, there will be a FULL REFUND. If you cancel between 24 hours and 7 days in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us, as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations.
